We like to dispel the myths, and show the truth about subliminal audio - that subliminal audio is actually a simple method of personal development which anyone can use.
Subliminal audio is really just positive affirmations, but played at a higher sound frequency (we’ll get to that in a minute), and anyone who tells you otherwise, or portrays it as more than this is probably just trying to add hype, or a unique selling point to their product (which isn’t really needed).
The difference is that with subliminal audio you do not actually hear the positive affirmations consciously.
They are all recorded, but then moved to a higher sound frequency, just on the edge of human hearing levels.
The most common question we get, and most common misunderstanding about subliminal audio generally is that “if I can’t hear it, how can it help me?”.
The answer to this question is that although you will not consciously hear anything, the information is still picked up and processed by your subconscious mind.
The your mind is like an iceberg - your conscious mind is the 10% on the surface, but the more powerful, larger area of the mind is the subconscious part, and it is capable of picking up information you are not always consciously aware of. It takes in this subliminal information and stores it within your mind, and with enough exposure you can make changes to your belief systems, ways of thinking, habits, and much more.
It takes some getting used to, but it is actually because you can’t hear anything that subliminal audio is so effective.
Sometimes we have limiting beliefs or blockages and conscious methods of development only cause us to resist or become defensive.
Our mind thinks it is protecting us by resisting change, but really it is only holding us back from growing into the person we want to be. With the use of subliminal messages this conscious resistance can be bypassed, and so real, natural change can happen from within.
